MOOVER PROMOTES NEATHAWK TO CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

WILMINGTON: Southeast Vermont Transit (SEVT aka The MOOver) announces the promotion of Tammy Neathawk as its next Chief Operating Officer effective July 1, 2026.
The current MOOver COO is Christine Howe, who will be promoted to CEO also on July 1, 2026 upon the retirement of existing CEO Randy Schoonmaker on June 30th.
Neathawk is currently the Rockingham Operations Manager. She was previously employed at Green Mountain High School, DHMC, and the Grammar School in Putney. Hired as a driver in September 2021, she was promoted to Rockingham Operations Manager a month later. She oversees 36 routes, 41 drivers, two mechanics, and the maintenance of 31 vehicles
The MOOver serves 34 towns in southern Windsor and Windham Counties, and splits service in their territory between its facilities Rockingham and Wilmington.
In her COO role Neathawk will manage the operations of both divisions totaling 63 vehicles, 90 staff, proving over a half million rides per year.
