BRATTLEBORO: The MOOver is adding a midday trip to the School for International Training starting October 16th.
Refugees from several countries are housed temporarily at SIT and are provided training and support services at the Multicultural Community Center of Southern Vermont (MCC) located at 122 Birge Street in Brattleboro. They can travel by the MOOver’s Route 53 bus twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon between SIT and the MCC, but there is no service from 9:16 am – 3:16 pm.
Starting Monday, October 16th a MOOver bus will depart the MCC at 122 Birge Street at 1:00 pm, arriving at SIT at 1:20 pm. It will travel along Canal Street, Main Street, and Putney Road and can drop off anywhere along the way. It is open to the public and, like all other MOOver routes, it is free of charge.
