Wilmington: The SEVT Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Christine Howe, currently the MOOver General Manager, will become CEO of the regional public transportation company on July 1, 2026 following the retirement of current CEO Randy Schoonmaker on June 30th.

Howe started at The MOOver on March 3, 2017 as Wilmington’s General Manager, and became SEVT General Manager on July 10, 2020.
