TRANSIT APP CHANGES

WILMINGTON: The free and popular Transit app that shows riders where the buses are and when they will arrive is now a fee based app for some features.

The app will show the first few routes that are closest to where a rider is standing instead of showing all routes. To see the other routes riders must pay $25 per year. The cost to make this free for all routes is well beyond our means and the funding for this app has also been cut. We have looked for other reliable free apps but we have not found any yet.
