VTRANS PROVIDES MORE FUNDING FOR RECOVERY & JOBS ACCESS RIDES

MONTPELIER, VT   The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) announces more funding has been provided for the Recovery & Jobs Access Program. Southeast Vermont Transit (SEVT aka The MOOver) is the local provider of these rides.

Free van or volunteer rides are provided for access to group meetings/therapy, recovery centers, drug testing sites, medical appointments, and job training/interviews/initial commutes. Because of demand in certain areas of the state, VTrans has provided additional funding including funds in the southern Windsor and Windham Counties which SEVT serves.

Riders can call 1-888-869-6287 for more information. Riders who have already used this service are asked to complete a confidential survey by clicking on the link below or calling the toll-free number and requesting a written copy.
